Maurice and Donna enjoy cooking and love food. Donna has experience in the catering industry and also as a nurse in Perth and Victoria. Maurice has experience in the cooking industry mainly in hotel restaurants and the catering industry. Seizing on the opportunity to take on the Waterfront Restaurant / Cafe over looking the scenic Wilson Inlet, was the chance of a lifetime. They decided that a good choice was to set up a Restaurant business in Denmark on Western Australia's beautiful south coast. After many years living in Queensland, Victoria and finally back home in Perth, Maurice and Donna decided a change was in hand.
